(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources – Dec 6, 2010) In a week 13 UFFLE intra-divisional matchup, San Quentin Saints squeaked by a tough Grid Iron Bullies team by a score of 73 to 72, behind the support of 71,334 faithful fans.

San Quentin Saints were led to their 1 point victory by a 17 point effort from Knowshon Moreno, who beat the Kansas City Chiefs defense for 161 rushing yards in addition to 14 receiving yards. They also got help from a 15 point effort from Jay Cutler, who got by the Detroit Lions defense for 234 passing yards and 1 passing TD in addition to 12 rushing yards.

This team shows a lot of heart,” San Quentin Saints coach Sean Boggess said.

Grid Iron Bullies were helped out in a losing cause by a 16 point effort from Matt Ryan, who got by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense for 205 passing yards and 2 passing TDs. They also got help from a 14 point effort from Wes Welker, who got by the New York Jets defense for 80 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.

Our defense was a non-factor,” Grid Iron Bullies coach Eric Bell said.

Adding salt to the wound, Grid Iron Bullies could have scored 78 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Eric Bell left key players like Brandon Tate and his corresponding 6 points on the bench.

This brings the record for San Quentin Saints to 11-5, and drops Grid Iron Bullies to a record of 6-10.

Coming up in week 14, the 8-8 Bad Attitudes are at San Quentin Saints, where San Quentin Saints are an early 14.3-point favorite.
