Greasy Weasels were led to their 1 point victory by a 30 point effort from Ahmad Bradshaw, who beat the Buffalo Bills defense for 104 rushing yards and 3 rushing TDs in addition to 26 receiving yards. With this performance, Bradshaw was the number 1 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 6. They also got help from a 16 point effort from Sam Bradford, who beat the Green Bay Packers defense for 321 passing yards.
“This is a dream come true,” Greasy Weasels coach Mason Mannie said.
Z-Squad were helped out in a losing cause by a 20 point effort from Frank Gore, who beat the Detroit Lions defense for 141 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 5 receiving yards. With this performance, Gore was the number 4 ranked running back for week 6. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Rashard Mendenhall, who beat the Jacksonville Jaguars defense for 146 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD.
“They’ve had our number all season,” Z-Squad coach Michael Grosz said.
Z-Squad drew the short straw with their schedule this week, as their point total would have resulted in a win against 11 out of 12 other potential opponents in week 6.
This brings the record for Greasy Weasels to 3-4, and drops Z-Squad to a record of 4-3.
