Squishy Fuzz were led to their 13 point victory by a 23 point effort from Shonn Greene, who beat the Kansas City Chiefs defense for 129 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 58 receiving yards. With this performance, Greene was the number 2 ranked running back for week 14. They also got help from a 22 point effort from Drew Brees, who beat the Tennessee Titans defense for 337 passing yards and 2 passing TDs in addition to 6 rushing yards.
“We snatched victory out of the jaws of defeat,” Squishy Fuzz coach Scott Stanina said.
Bad Attitudes were helped out in a losing cause by a 28 point effort from Rob Gronkowski, who beat the Washington Redskins defense for 160 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. With this performance, Gronkowski was the number 2 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 14. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Larry Fitzgerald, who beat the San Francisco 49ers defense for 149 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.
“The ball just didn’t bounce our way,” Bad Attitudes coach Steve Spickenreuther said.
Coming up in week 15, the 14-2 San Quentin Saints are at Squishy Fuzz, where Squishy Fuzz are an early 6.5-point underdog.
