The Undergarments were led to their 7 point victory by a 18 point effort from Danny Woodhead, who snuck past the Kansas City Chiefs defense for 25 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 45 receiving yards. With this performance, Woodhead was the number 6 ranked running back for week 12. They also got help from a 17 point effort from Larry Fitzgerald, who snuck past the Indianapolis Colts defense for 52 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs in addition to 4 rushing yards.
“It was a total team effort,” The Undergarments coach Eric Overgaard said.
Twee Twerps were helped out in a losing cause by a 23 point effort from Josh McCown, who tore apart the St. Louis Rams defense for 352 passing yards and 2 passing TDs in addition to 4 rushing yards. With this performance, McCown was the number 4 ranked quarterback for week 12. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Maurice Jones-Drew, who got by the Houston Texans defense for 84 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 60 receiving yards.
“They own us,” Twee Twerps coach Bob Filipy said.
Causing further embarrassment, Twee Twerps could have scored 89 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Bob Filipy left key players like Michael Floyd and his corresponding 10 points on the bench.
This brings the record for The Undergarments to 7-5, and drops Twee Twerps to a record of 4-8.
