Draft Rules
Each August there will be a 5 round rookie/free agent straight draft. Draft order will be determined by the following criteria. On Super Bowl Sunday there will be a random lottery draw for the eight non-playoff teams for the first eight picks Picks 9-14 will be playoff teams based on seed Fantasy Bowl loser gets pick 13 Fantasy Bowl winner gets pick 14
