Week 12 Matchups

This is a big game for both teams. The Elvis Impersonators are a game back in the Wild Card race, and The Undergarments are in a tight battle for first in the Eastern Division. The series is tied 3-3.

Hot Buttered Moose Nuts vs. The Slim Shaggys
The Hot Buttered Moose Nuts are two games back in the Central Division with three to play. They are basically playing for a Wild Card spot. They are right in the think of things and need wins to stay there. The Slim Shaggys are the only team that is mathematically out of the playoffs at this point. The Slim Shaggys lead the series 5-2.

Greasy Weasels vs. Vinny’s Gang
The Greasy Weasels have clinched a playoff spot. They just need one more win to win their division and secure a first round bye. Vinny’s Gang are three games back with three to play. They are a long shot at winning the Western Division. This game is a must win if they want to keep their slim division champ hopes alive. The Greasy Weasels lead the series 10-6.

The Hellfish vs. Z-Squad
The Hellfish pretty much have to win the final three games for a slim chance at a Wild Card spot. Z-Squad needs just one more win to become Central Division Champions, and are the front runners at getting a first round bye. Z-Squad lead the series 6-0.

San Quentin Saints vs. The Wondrful Gazonks
The San Quentin Saints had a rough start to the season, but they are now in a three way tie for first place in the Eastern Division. The Wondrful Gazonks may be in last place in the Central Division, but they are only a half game out in the Wild Card race. The San Quentin Saints lead the series 4-1.

Twee Twerps vs. Grid Iron Bullies
The Twee Twerps have been struggling of late. They have lost four straight games and went from division champ hopefuls to Wild Card hopefuls. The Grid Iron Bullies are basically eliminated. I haven’t looked at all the matchups to see if they are mathematically out if it, but they are pretty damn close. The Twee Twerps lead the series 3-1.

Squishy Fuzz vs. Bad Attitudes
This is a huge game in the Eastern Division. The Squishy Fuzz are in a three way tie for first place and the Bad Attitudes are just one game back. These final three games will decide everything in the Eastern Division. The Bad Attitudes lead the series 8-5.

The Hellfish vs. Elvis Impersonators
The Elvis Impersonators are a game back in the Wild Card race that includes almost every other team. They needs wins to stay in that race. The Hellfish are two game out of the race and are a long shot at getting a Wild Card spot. The Series is tied 6-6-1.

Twee Twerps vs. Greasy Weasels
The Twee Twerps need wins if they are to get a Wild Card spot. The Greasy Weasels just need one more win to clinch a division title and first round bye. The Twee Twerps lead the series 4-1.

The Slim Shaggys vs. Vinny’s Gang
Vinny’s Gang’s chance at a division title is slim. They need wins for a possible Wild Card spot. The Slim Shaggys are playing the spoiler. The Slim Shaggys lead the series 10-6.

Z-Squad vs. The Wondrful Gazonks
Z-Squad needs just one more win to become Central Division Champions for the second straight year. The Wondrful Gazonks need wins to stay in the mess that is the Wild Card race. Z-Squad lead the series 14-3.

Hot Buttered Moose Nuts vs. The Undergarments
Both these teams have the same record. The Undergarments are in a three way tie for first in the Eastern Division. The Hot Buttered Moose Nuts are playing for a Wild Card spot. This could be an important tie-breaker game if both teams end up looking for a Wild Card spot. The Undergarments lead the series 4-3.

Grid Iron Bullies vs. Bad Attitudes
The Bad Attitudes are just a game out of first in the Eastern Division and a Wild Card spot. They desperately need wins. The Grid Iron Bullies are playing the spoiler. The Bad Attitudes lead the series 6-5.

Squishy Fuzz vs. San Quentin Saints
Both of these teams are tied for first in the crazy Eastern Division. With three games to play, there are still four teams that have a shot at winning the Eastern Division. Chances are not all four are going to even make the playoffs. These final three games will be interesting. The San Quentin Saints lead the series 9-4.
