With this performance, Rice was the number 5 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 8. They also got help from a 18 point effort from Calvin Johnson, who beat the Denver Broncos defense for 125 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.
“We snatched victory out of the jaws of defeat,” San Quentin Saints coach Sean Boggess said.
The Undergarments were helped out in a losing cause by a 17 point effort from the Buffalo Bills Defensive Team. With this performance, the Bills was the number 3 ranked defensive team for week 8. They also got help from a 17 point effort from Joe Flacco, who beat the Arizona Cardinals defense for 336 passing yards in addition to 15 rushing yards.
