Greasy Weasels were helped out in a losing cause by a 15 point effort from Andre Johnson, who got by the Miami Dolphins defense for 93 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. They also got help from a 15 point effort from Kyle Orton, who snuck past the Cincinnati Bengals defense for 195 passing yards and 2 passing TDs.
“We didn’t get the big breaks today,” Greasy Weasels coach Mason Mannie said.
Adding salt to the wound, Greasy Weasels could have scored 114 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Mason Mannie left key players like Sam Bradford and his corresponding 20 points on the bench.
This brings the record for San Quentin Saints to 2-0, and drops Greasy Weasels to a record of 0-2.
