Bad Attitudes were led to their 0.15 point victory by a 27.00 point effort from Christian Kirk, who beat the Kansas City Chiefs defense for 105 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. With this performance, Kirk was the number 4 ranked wide receiver for week 10. They also got help from a 21.55 point effort from Trevor Lawrence, who got by the Kansas City Chiefs defense for 259 passing yards and 2 passing TDs in addition to 26 rushing yards.
“This team shows a lot of resiliency,” Bad Attitudes coach Steve Spickenreuther said.
The Lawn Wranglers were helped out in a losing cause by a 22.10 point effort from Dalvin Cook, who beat the Buffalo Bills defense for 119 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 27 receiving yards. With this performance, Cook was the number 5 ranked running back for week 10. They also got help from a 16.70 point effort from Raheem Mostert, who snuck past the Cleveland Browns defense for 65 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 22 receiving yards.
“We shot ourselves in the foot,” The Lawn Wranglers coach Todd Kammeijer said.
Causing further embarrassment, The Lawn Wranglers could have scored 109.65 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Todd Kammeijer left key players like Kirk Cousins and his corresponding 22.05 points on the bench.
This brings the record for Bad Attitudes to 6-4, and drops The Lawn Wranglers to a record of 1-9.
