Bad Attitudes were led to their 4 point victory by a 23 point effort from Kurt Warner, who got by the Minnesota Vikings defense for 285 passing yards and 3 passing TDs. They also got help from a 12 point effort from Marshawn Lynch, who snuck past the New York Jets defense for 60 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 4 receiving yards.
“This was a good win for us,” Bad Attitudes coach Steve Spickenreuther said.
Vinny’s Gang were helped out in a losing cause by a 23 point effort from Tom Brady, who tore apart the Miami Dolphins defense for 352 passing yards and 2 passing TDs. They also got help from a 16 point effort from Miles Austin, who beat the New York Giants defense for 104 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.
“The ball just didn’t bounce our way,” Vinny’s Gang coach Jon Steffan said.
Causing further embarrassment, Vinny’s Gang could have scored 86 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Jon Steffan left key players like Cedric Benson and his corresponding 12 points on the bench.
This brings the record for Bad Attitudes to 7-9, and drops Vinny’s Gang to a record of 9-7.
Coming up in week 14, Vinny’s Gang are at the 10-6 San Quentin Saints, where San Quentin Saints are an early 3.4-point underdog.
