Vinny’s Gang were led to their 22 point victory by a 27 point effort from Deshaun Watson, who got by the Miami Dolphins defense for 239 passing yards and 5 passing TDs in addition to 14 rushing yards. With this performance, Watson was the number 4 ranked quarterback for week 8. They also got help from a 19 point effort from Alvin Kamara, who snuck past the Minnesota Vikings defense for 45 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 31 receiving yards.

“We were really on our game,” Vinny’s Gang coach Jon Steffan said.

The Undergarments were helped out in a losing cause by a 17 point effort from Tarik Cohen, who snuck past the New York Jets defense for 40 rushing yards in addition to 70 receiving yards. They also got help from a 17 point effort from Jameis Winston, who got by the Cincinnati Bengals defense for 276 passing yards and 1 passing TD in addition to 18 rushing yards.

“We beat ourselves,” The Undergarments coach Eric Overgaard said.

This brings the record for Vinny’s Gang to 5-3, and drops The Undergarments to a record of 3-4-1.

Coming up in week 9, The Undergarments are at the 2-6 Hot Buttered Moose Nuts, where Hot Buttered Moose Nuts are an early 12.0-point underdog, while Vinny’s Gang are at the 3-5 Bad Attitudes, where Bad Attitudes are an early 15.9-point underdog.
