(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources – Dec 16, 2019) In a week 15 UFFLE showdown, Elvis Impersonators beat a strong Bad Attitudes team by a score of 108 to 89, extending the losing streak for Bad Attitudes to 4 games.
Elvis Impersonators were led to their 19 point victory by a 28 point effort from Christian McCaffrey, who got by the Seattle Seahawks defense for 87 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs in addition to 88 receiving yards. With this performance, McCaffrey was the number 3 ranked running back for week 15. They also got help from a 26 point effort from Ryan Tannehill, who got by the Houston Texans defense for 279 passing yards and 2 passing TDs in addition to 10 rushing yards.
“We came to play,” Elvis Impersonators coach Brandon Mannie said.
Bad Attitudes were helped out in a losing cause by a 20 point effort from Nick Chubb, who beat the Arizona Cardinals defense for 127 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 21 receiving yards. They also got help from a 19 point effort from Terry McLaurin, who beat the Philadelphia Eagles defense for 130 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.
“We had our chances but we let them slip away,” Bad Attitudes coach Steve Spickenreuther said.
Bad Attitudes drew the short straw with their schedule this week, as their point total would have resulted in a win against 8 out of 10 other potential opponents in week 15.
This brings the record for Elvis Impersonators to 9-4, and drops Bad Attitudes to a record of 10-3.
Coming up in week 16, the 9-4 Greasy Weasels are at Elvis Impersonators, where Elvis Impersonators are an early 5.8-point favorite.
