Greasy Weasels (96) at Grid Iron Bullies (68)

(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources – Nov 10, 2008) In a week 10 UFFLE matchup, Greasy Weasels beat a strong Grid Iron Bullies team by a score of 96 to 68, silencing a partisan crowd of 70,987.

Greasy Weasels were led to their 28 point victory by a 23 point effort from Tony Gonzalez, who beat the San Diego Chargers defense for 113 receiving yards and 2 receiving tds. With this performance, Gonzalez was the number 1 ranked tight end for week 10. They also got help from a 21 point effort from Philip Rivers, who beat the Kansas City Chiefs defense for 316 passing yards and 2 passing tds.

“It wasn’t pretty but we’ll take it,” Greasy Weasels coach Mason Mannie said.

Grid Iron Bullies were helped out in a losing cause by a 18 point effort from Matt Ryan, who got by the New Orleans Saints defense for 248 passing yards and 2 passing tds. They also got help from a 18 point effort from Ricky Williams, who beat the Seattle Seahawks defense for 105 rushing yards and 1 rushing td in addition to 21 receiving yards.

“This is a bitter pill to swallow,” Grid Iron Bullies coach Eric Bell said.

This brings the record for Greasy Weasels to 5-6, and drops Grid Iron Bullies to a record of 4-7.

Coming up in week 11, Greasy Weasels are at the 3-8 The Hellfish, where The Hellfish are an early 22.0-point underdog, while Grid Iron Bullies are at the 8-2-1 Squishy Fuzz, where Squishy Fuzz are an early 27.2-point favorite, while Greasy Weasels are at the 7-4 Elvis Impersonators, where Elvis Impersonators are an early 1.5-point underdog, while the 7-4 The Undergarments are at Grid Iron Bullies, where Grid Iron Bullies are an early 19.4-point underdog.
