Z-Squad (58) at The Hellfish (89)

(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources – Nov 24, 2008) In a week 12 UFFLE rivalry, The Hellfish embarrassed a hapless Z-Squad team by a score of 89 to 58, behind the support of 74,400 faithful fans.

The Hellfish were led to their 31 point victory by a 26 point effort from Matt Forte, who beat the St. Louis Rams defense for 132 rushing yards and 2 rushing tds in addition to 14 receiving yards. With this performance, Forte was the number 2 ranked running back for week 12. They also got help from a 24 point effort from Jake Delhomme, who got by the Atlanta Falcons defense for 295 passing yards and 1 passing td in addition to 18 rushing yards.

“This win is for all the fans,” The Hellfish coach Wade Iverson said.

Z-Squad were helped out in a losing cause by a 14 point effort from the Buffalo Bills Defensive Team. With this performance, the Bills was the number 5 ranked defensive team for week 12. They also got help from a 14 point effort from Jeff Garcia, who snuck past the Detroit Lions defense for 165 passing yards and 2 passing tds.

“There were too many defensive lapses,” Z-Squad coach Michael Grosz said.

Adding salt to the wound, Z-Squad could have scored 100 points and gotten the win with their best lineup, but Michael Grosz left key players like Lance Moore and his corresponding 23 points on the bench.

This brings the record for The Hellfish to 5-10, and drops Z-Squad to a record of 9-4-2.

Coming up in week 13, the 10-3-2 San Quentin Saints are at The Hellfish, where The Hellfish are an early 12.3-point underdog, while Z-Squad are at the 7-7-1 The Wondrful Gazonks, where The Wondrful Gazonks are an early 3.5-point underdog.
