Hot Buttered Moose Nuts were led to their 5 point victory by a 24 point effort from Russell Wilson, who tore apart the Miami Dolphins defense for 360 passing yards and 2 passing TDs in addition to 5 rushing yards. They also got help from a 17 point effort from Todd Gurley, who snuck past the Green Bay Packers defense for 57 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs in addition to 6 receiving yards.
“A win is a win,” Hot Buttered Moose Nuts coach Jeremy Griffith said.
Bad Attitudes were helped out in a losing cause by a 33 point effort from Tom Brady, who tore apart the Los Angeles Chargers defense for 369 passing yards and 5 passing TDs. With this performance, Brady was the number 4 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 4. They also got help from a 11 point effort from Terry McLaurin, who beat the Baltimore Ravens defense for 118 receiving yards.
“It just wasn’t meant to be,” Bad Attitudes coach Steve Spickenreuther said.
Adding salt to the wound, Bad Attitudes could have scored 89 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Steve Spickenreuther left key players like Ronald Jones and his corresponding 12 points on the bench.
This brings the record for Hot Buttered Moose Nuts to 3-1, and drops Bad Attitudes to a record of 1-3.
Coming up in week 5, the 1-3 Greasy Weasels are at Bad Attitudes, where Bad Attitudes are an early 1-point favorite, while Hot Buttered Moose Nuts are at the 4-0 The Undergarments, where The Undergarments are an early 3.0-point underdog.
